These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SkillMax, including its website, learning platform, courses, and related services.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Organisation administrators are responsible for managing access for their users and ensuring that account roles are assigned appropriately.
Acceptable use
You must not use SkillMax unlawfully, interfere with the platform or its security, attempt to access data or accounts without permission, upload harmful material, or use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Customer content and training records
You retain responsibility for the content, learner information, and training materials that you or your organisation add to SkillMax. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Paid features, learner limits, course access, and billing arrangements depend on the plan or order agreed with you. Trial access may end automatically at the end of the trial period unless a paid plan is activated. Payments are processed through our payment provider and are subject to the applicable checkout or invoice terms.
Service availability
We aim to keep SkillMax available, secure, and reliable. Maintenance, updates, third-party service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a breach of these Terms. You may stop using SkillMax at any time, subject to any subscription or service agreement that applies to your account.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of SkillMax after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
